Returns/Exchanges
We sleep well at night knowing our products are loved in their new home. That’s why we offer both try before you buy and free return for store credit/exchange for 14 days. Simply select cash on delivery to try it before you buy it. Valid only in the UAE.
We have a 14 day exchange policy. If in Dubai, we will collect the items one time for free per order (or for the charges of shipping if more than once). If outside of Dubai, we ask that you kindly cover the shipping charges to our office and for your exchanged items to be returned.
Should your item have a missed defect or be inauthentic, we will of course offer a full refund. Please note we pride ourselves on offering only quality and authentic items to the best of our ability. We take oversights very seriously.

Process
To request a refund for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, contact Thrift for Good by email, phone, store chat, or through social media. You can elect to either have store credit for the item or exchange it directly. If in Dubai, collection of the item/exchange will be arranged free of charge (once per order).
If outside of Dubai, you are responsible for the shipping charges to/from Dubai.
Should there be a missed defect with your item, we will issue a full refund for your order. Simply contact us, we will arrange return of the item and, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 to 15 days on behalf of our payment gateway, GoCollect. If your request is rejected, we will offer you exchange or store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, if you reside within Dubai, please arrange collection with Thrift for Good. If you live outside of Dubai, you should mail your product to: Thrift for Good Used Cloth Trading LLC, 408 Frankfurt Sports Tower, Dubai Sports City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over AED200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
