Full Time Store Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our charity thrift shop in Dubai. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, training/inspiring the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store inventory, and fostering a positive environment in line with our charitable mission.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a thrift shop or nonprofit organization, but not essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others, the ideal candidate will have experience with volunteers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in in written and spoken English (Arabic or Tagalog proficiency is a plus!).
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and financial principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Administrative skills, particularly excel.
- Passion for charitable causes and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
- Interest in fashion, with preferably some prior experience

Full Time Team Leaders
We are looking to hire Team Leaders to assist with the daily operations of our retail business, a larger part of this role will be leading our team of dedicated volunteers in many tasks needed to help us be successful in raising funds to support our projects.
Job Role/ Responsibilities:

- An appreciation of fashion, and the importance of sustainable shopping,
- Previous charity, management and/or retail experience preferred
- Able to commit to full time and flexible hours
